In 2023 people count even more because successful project delivery depends on motivated workers who feel the company’s victory is theirs – because it really is.
Gartner’s 2023 trends report for the financial sector highlights that technology increasingly has a strategic and necessary position in businesses rather than a mere instrumental one. Interestingly, by contrast, in technology companies the place of people is increasingly important – job satisfaction, career prospects and evolving expertise, as well as personal life balance.
