Entry into Canada and new European markets is one of the goals for 2021.
The company that marks this week twenty years of existence will reinforce the team in the middle of a pandemic and foresees new hires until the end of the year.
Currently with twenty employees, Blue Screen IT Solutions explains, in a statement, that «the way the company sees each of the people who are part of its staff» was essential «to maintain harmony and motivation in the face of adversity» resulting from the situation current.
Carlos Vaz de Oliveira, managing partner of the company, explains the importance of the company’s strategy in this area: «We managed, with this commitment to human resources, to go through this period without the company’s productivity having been minimally affected. We can even say that people are our greatest asset today ”.
«The advantage of smaller companies, such as Blue Screen, is having this environment and being able to include families at moments as important as company events. It is something we intend to keep in our DNA ”, he adds.
The company is present in eleven markets (Sweden, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain, USA and Mexico), in addition to Portugal and aims to invest even more in foreign markets in the coming years.
Blue Screen wants to consolidate the current markets and strengthen its position in the Latin American markets. In addition, it wants to enter new European countries and Canada in 2021.
«The main focus is undoubtedly on Europe, the Americas and also the countries of Eastern Europe and, from there, to the Middle East», reveals Frederico Faria de Oliveira, managing partner of Blue Screen IT Solutions.
